Software Engineer

Responsible for design, development, and improvement of new/existing software and web based solutions for CallingPost products. In collaboration with a team, guides the development of new programs, analysis of current programs and processes, as well as formulating recommendations which yield a more cost effective product Demonstrated understanding of design and project management is critical, with a particular emphasis upon quality product improvement. The job and company place very high value on good personal attributes such as taking the initiative, being accountable, a team player, quick to adapt, good communication skills and habits, goal orientated, well organized, and project leadership.

Requirements
  • 3+ years related experience in product development and process improvement
  • BS/BA in Computer Science required with design or process improvement focus
  • Technologies and Technical Skills (AngularJS, SQL Server 2008, T-SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS)
What we Expect from you
  • Lead the conduct system analysis, design, and development with limited support from professional staff
  • Write and debug software for assigned projects
  • Follow company specific coding practices and project management methodologies
  • Interview non-technical customers to determine requirements
  • Make presentations to customers, clients, and peers
  • Maintain positive client interactions
  • Review and update legacy code
  • Troubleshoot software for performance issues and bugs
  • Test new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct and that program results are accurate
  • Review code and environment changes that will affect system performance
  • Recommend solutions to internal customers and management
  • Keep abreast of changing technologies with an eye towards applicability to our systems
  • Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems
  • Assists lower-level programmers with programming assignments

Physical Aspects
May require prolonged sitting and computer operations. Must be able to attend meeting with company staff and customers. Must be able to use work tools and communication devices, to include computers, scanners, telecommunication, phone, and etc. Must have the stamina and endurance to work until the job is done

Marketing Manager

As a product marketing manager, you will be a leader on the team responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our product. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for a specific feature set and its benefits. Additionally, you will be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches.

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • Past experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects
What we Expect from you
  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits
  • Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world
  • Assist members of our sales team on calls with prospects when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
