Transfer Your Members To A Number Of Your Choosing
This option will give your message recipients the ability to be transferred directly to a phone number of your choice at the end of your message. For example: if you send out a phone call to your group at the end of the message your members will be prompted to press “0” to be transferred to your office, church or whichever number you designated when creating your message. This feature is only included in Premium plans.
Setting Up Live Answer Transfer (LAT)
While sending your message from the website you will be given the option to choose Live Answer Transfer (LAT) on the additional phone message options. From there you will need to add the number you want your members transferred too. It must be a verified phone number either through phone or text verification.
